Did you hear?!
So let’s talk about a bunch of random stuff!
First off, I’m celebrating my 27th birthday this weekend. Boyfriend has very sweetly suggested a “Special Lady Day” (this is way less mushy if you watch The League…trust me). We’re going to have breakfast, buy flowers at the SM farmer’s market, go to my favorite furniture store, and just generally hang out. Once night rolls around, I’m having a birthday dinner with friends at ROC, followed by fancy craft cocktails at Oldfields!
In other news, I’ve started writing DIVE, my new YA novel about a 15 year old cliff diver. Here’s a quick sample:

Bit belated, but happy birthday! Hope you had a great time. Love the pictures of your home, wish mine looked that good. I have no safe haven from the onslaught of toys from my two boys, unfortunately. I could force all the toys back into the playroom, but I just don’t have the energy after working full-time and writing and editing part-time. Oh, the joys of motherhood!
